Please note:

You don't need to connect a payment processor for shoppers to successfully check out if their order total (including shipping) is $0.00. Unfortunately, it is not possible to completely hide these billing fields. However, customers with no balance due will be able skip through billing fields and click CONTINUE and complete their order.
